My trip to Crans Montana has been a memorable one and staying at your hotel had made it more special. Your team had put in their best efforts in taking care of my needs without saying NO for anything. To be more specific the food quality was excellent, Housekeeping service was impeccable & the room was very comfortable.
I would like to place on record my appreciation to Sandrine and Giovanna for their excellent service. Both are an asset to your hotel and have set an outstanding example to be followed by others.
I would like to thank you all for a perfect and friendly service. We had a real relaxing and romantic weekend at your Hotel.

I just want to say the biggest thank you to your hotel for an absolutely wonderful stay. We were there a few weeks ago and everything about it was perfect, from the room to the restaurant, the free shuttle, and most importantly the service! Your staff were all outstanding and made us feel at home. Thank you very much. We’ve been to many 5 star hotels but Le Crans definitely stood out for us. We’ll love to visit again and will be recommending people to do the same. Thanks for the amazing stay! We haven’t stopped talking about it since we left.

It’s definitely one of the best hotels if have ever seen. Great rooms, wonderful view, top service, excellent food. I had an unforgettable weekend during the Omega Open in Crans Montana 2012. It’s already clear that I will stay there again in 2013.
Alexandra, our stay was excellent in every way. Due to my business, I stay in a lot of nice properties around the world. What really made an impression on me here, was the staff’s attention to the smallest detail and intuition to attend every need, without the us mentioning a word. This is a very distinct culture that was very evident. This resonates throughout the entire team, from the top, right down to the drivers.
We will be back!
We had the pleasure (and priviledge) of staying in LeCrans for the night of my wifes 40th birthday. I cannot praise this new hotel and venture more highly. First impressions DO count, and even before we had opened the car door, the hotel manager greeted us in the car park with a “welcome to LeCrans Mr and Mrs R…..”.
The suite was divine, warm and friendly – and as the previous reviewer pointed out, the technology on offer was second to none. The views were outstanding, and we especially liked the working fireplaces in the bedrooms. The meal we had in the restaurant was outstanding, both delicious and innovative. Ever been served home made candy floss with your coffee? Well. you can here. Not long before a Michelin star arrives here I think.
On departure, our car was brought to the entrance without asking, and inside was cold bottled water and wipes for the journey home. I really could find no fault with LeCrans, and genuinely wish it every success for the future.
I am getting in touch after having spend 3 days at Le Crans . My husband and I come to Crans every year to watch the Omega Masters and this year we choose to stay at your hotel.
I would like to congratulate you on your outstanding team in every area of the hotel. We had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant on Friday evening and especially Mr Pierre Oliver was extremely attentive to every need during dinner, the same at breakfast the next mornings. He is a real asset to the hotel.
Victor and the french gentleman at reception were equally attentive, friendly and prompt to help. Finally I need to mention Marco who was in charge of the shuttle, always pleasant and ready to help.
Hopefully we will be back next year again, we’re certainly look forward to staying at Le Crans again in the future and will recommend it to our friends.
